三、性能（Features)

性能Features：
1、整机采用最新伺服控制系统，每个印刷单元均采用独立伺服电机驱动，8色机共计27个伺服电机，确保高速运转时套印准确。
The whole machine adopts the latest servo control system. Each printing unit is driven by an independent servo motor. The 8-color machine has a total of 27 servo motors to ensure accurate registration during high-speed operation.

2、采用全新花瓣式结构和刮刀系统。改善了柔印机目前普遍存在的弊端:

改善了目前柔印机高速印刷中油墨飞墨、印刷流星雨;还有网纹辊边上油墨溢出、飞溅等问题;
只需“一次性杯子”的用墨量即可开机打样，解决了印刷厂油墨成本浪费问题，节约油墨。可帮助印刷厂提供了更高的灵活性和效率。

Adopting a new petal-shaped structure and scraper system, it improves the common drawbacks of flexographic printing machines:

Improved the issues of in misting and “meteor shower” effects during high-speed flexo printing,as well as ink overflow and splashing on the edge of the anilox roller.
Only the amount of ink used in a "single cup" can be used to start proofing, which no waste of ink, saving costs.as well as provide greater flexibility and efficiency for printing factory.

3、印刷或传墨压力调节快捷方便：印刷辊采用承载式，换辊时无须调节压力，特殊作业时最多微调。
Printing or ink transfer pressure adjustment is quick and convenient: the printing roller adopts load-bearing type, and there is no need to adjust the pressure when changing the roller. At most, fine-tuning is required for special operations.

4、智能不停机系统：可选配不停机收放卷系统，支持手动/自动接纸，提高生产效率；全视觉自动套印系统，实现自动套印和数据保存，返单时可一键调取，自动套准。
