Adopts inclined-back structure design. The die-cutting unit makes gradual mechanical contact to ensure even cutting pressure; the die-cutting position is adjustable in left-right, front-back and rotation angle.

最高速度24000张/小时，模切精度±0.1mm，切口干净利落。支持全流程：自动送料→覆膜→模切→排废→切张或复卷。可处理标签模切、吊牌冲切、IML膜内贴、保护膜、泡棉材料等印后加工。

2模切机的自动送料和排废系统如何工作？

前润模切机采用全自动送料→覆膜→模切→排废→切张/复卷一体化流程：①自动送料——伺服驱动放卷，张力自动调节，支持双工位自动换卷（一卷用完自动切换到备用卷）；②覆膜（选配）——在线覆膜装置在模切前给材料覆上保护膜；③模切——圆压圆模切方式，刀模安装在模切滚筒上，每转一圈完成一次模切；④排废——模切后废料通过真空吸附系统自动收集，成品标签留在底纸上；⑤切张/复卷——可选高速切张装置（切成单张）或复卷装置（卷成卷状）。整个流程最高24000张/小时，仅需1人监控。

3模切机可以处理哪些特殊材料？

除常规不干胶材料外，前润模切机可处理多种特殊材料：①IML膜内贴——厚度0.1-0.3mm的PET/PP薄膜，需选配传送带装置（D340X/D460X均可加装）；②泡棉材料——厚度0.5-3mm的EVA/PE泡棉，需加大模切压力和间隙；③保护膜——PET/PE保护膜，模切时不切断底纸；④吊牌卡纸——200-400g/m²的铜版纸/白卡纸，需调整模切刀角度；⑤金属箔——铝箔、铜箔（需CRS印刷后模切），对刀模耐磨性要求高。不同材料需更换对应刀模和调节模切压力，前润可提供材料适配测试服务。

4模切机的自动送料系统有什么特点？

自动送料系统实现材料自动输送、定位、模切，无需人工干预。配置光电感应、自动纠偏、张力控制等功能，确保材料平稳走料，模切位置精准。

5模切机可以模切异形标签吗？

可以。通过定制异形刀模，模切机可模切各种异形标签，如圆形、椭圆形、圆角矩形、特殊造型等。异形刀模需根据标签形状专门设计和制作。

6模切机的排废系统如何避免废料残留？

排废系统采用真空吸附或机械夹取方式，精准定位废料位置并快速清除。配合废料收集装置，实现废料自动收集和处理，保持工作区域清洁，避免废料混入成品。
