S5/S6支持2-14色灵活配置。采用花瓣式印版滚筒结构，换版快、无需大幅调整、不产生墨杠（深浅不均条纹）。打个比方：就像旋转卡口换灯泡，一拧就换好，不用拆灯罩。8色机配备27个伺服电机，每个色组独立驱动，套印精度与响应速度远超传统机械传动。

2S5柔版机的最大走纸速度200m/min是什么概念？

200m/min是S5的最高机械速度，实际产能换算：①按50mm标签周长——每分钟走200米÷0.05米=4000个标签周期，若一版多列（如2列）则出8000张/分钟，480000张/小时；②按100mm周长——约2400个周期/分钟；③按200mm周长——约1000个周期/分钟。实际生产中受开机率（70%-80%）、换单时间、良品率（95%-98%）影响，有效产能约为标称的50%-60%。200m/min在柔版印刷机中属于中高端水平，适合大批量连续生产（日化、食品、医药标签长单）。
