两款核心区别在色组数量和功率：①色组——4C为4色（CMYK基础四色），6C为6色（可增加两专色或白墨+光油）；②功率——4C主机功率13.5kW、UV功率15.6kW，6C主机功率16.5kW、UV功率22.8kW，6C因多两个色组功耗更高；③尺寸——4C机器3.5×1.55×1.5米（净重3600kg），6C机器4.8×1.55×1.5米（净重5300kg），6C长约1.3米、重1.7吨。印刷面积相同：最大280×280mm、最小100×40mm。选型建议：常规四色标签选4C足够；需要专色（如金属色、荧光色）或白底+四色+光油的复杂标签选6C。
18000张/小时是XQ-RI300系列（4C/6C）的最高机械速度，换算为日产能：①按每天8小时、开机率70%计算——18000×8×0.7=100800张/天，约10万张；②按10小时工作制——约12.6万张/天；③实际产量受标签尺寸影响——标签越小（如50×30mm），同一幅宽内排版数量越多，实际出标数量可能更高；标签越大（如200×150mm），排版少，实际产能下降。与S5/S6的200m/min（按50mm周长约24000张/小时）相比，间歇式速度略低，但换版灵活、适合多品种切换。
XQ-RI300系列的印版支持四维微调，方便快速对版：①左右调整——通过HMI输入横向偏移量，伺服电机自动调节版筒横向位置，精度±0.02mm；②前后调整——调节版筒轴向位置（前后移动），解决走纸方向套印偏差；③对角调整——微调版筒角度，解决材料走偏导致的对角线不对齐；④上下调整——调节印刷压力，适应不同厚度的材料（从35微米薄膜到300微米卡纸）。所有调整均可通过HMI界面数字输入，无需手动拧螺丝。熟练操作工在10-15分钟内可完成全套对版调试，数控机型还可保存参数，同一版筒第二次上机时一键调用。
RS系列模切系统支持两种模式自由切换：①间隙模切——刀模滚筒转一圈、材料走一段停一下（间歇配合），适合不同长度标签的模切，不需要更换版筒，换单灵活；②全轮转模切——刀模滚筒与材料连续同步转动，适合大批量单一品种，速度更高、切口更干净。组合 meaning 是同一台设备可在这两种模式间切换（通过HMI界面选择），不需要更换硬件。实际生产中：小批量多品种用间隙模式，大批量长单用全轮转模式。一台设备兼顾两种需求，减少设备投资。
