标签直接制版机，是专为标签印刷行业设计的计算机直接制版设备（CTP），可将电脑中的图文数据直接转换为标签印刷所需的印版，省去传统制版的菲林输出工序，是标签印刷数字化的核心设备。
The label computer-to-plate (CTP) machine is specially designed for the label printing industry. It directly converts graphic and text data from a computer into printing plates for label production, eliminating the film output process required by traditional plate making. It is the core equipment for digital label printing.

1晒版机适用于制作什么类型的印版？

晒版机特别适用于制作高网线的感光树脂印刷版，集曝光、洗版、烘干于一体，性能稳定，操作简单。三合一全自动晒版机节省空间和工序流转时间。

2晒版机如何制作高网线印版？

制作高网线印版要点：①使用高分辨率菲林或数字直接制版；②精确控制曝光时间（过长易损失网点，过短易显影不净）；③控制洗版时间和温度；④确保真空吸附均匀无气泡。

3商标机的版材和印版怎么选？

版材选择：树脂版（性价比高、适合中短版、换版快）vs 感光树脂版（精度高、寿命长、适合长版订单）。印版制作：传统晒版（成本低但精度有限）vs 激光直雕（精度高、无胶片、适合精细图文）。选型建议：中小批量订单→树脂版；大批量长期订单→感光树脂版；精细图文/小字→激光直雕制版。商标机为凸版印刷，使用印版而非网纹辊传墨。

4版材寿命一般多久？怎么延长？

柔版版材（感光树脂版）寿命受多种因素影响：①标准寿命——在正常使用条件下，树脂版可印刷10-50万次（取决于油墨类型、印刷压力和材料硬度），UV油墨因固化彻底对版材磨损较小，水性油墨因含水对版材有一定溶胀；②延长方法——控制印刷压力（避免过大压力导致版材压缩变形）、使用合适黏度的油墨（高黏度增加磨损）、定期清洗版材（防止干墨堆积）、储存时避光防潮（树脂版对UV光敏感）；③制版质量——制版时曝光充分、洗版彻底，版材硬度均匀（标准硬度约60-70邵氏A），可减少印刷中的局部磨损。前润建议每10-20万次印刷检查一次版材状态，出现明显磨损或网点丢失时及时更换。

S5/S6支持2-14色灵活配置。采用花瓣式印版滚筒结构，换版快、无需大幅调整、不产生墨杠（深浅不均条纹）。打个比方：就像旋转卡口换灯泡，一拧就换好，不用拆灯罩。8色机配备27个伺服电机，每个色组独立驱动，套印精度与响应速度远超传统机械传动。

7S5的花瓣式印版滚筒为什么能减少墨杠？
