Satellite full rotary printing machine features compact structure and easy operation. The full-servo automatic control further improves registration accuracy, process flexibility and substrate diversity. Registration adjustment can be performed whether the machine is running or stopped, and there is no registration deviation during start-up, shutdown, acceleration and deceleration.

2、相比普通商标机，套位更精准，速度可达 100M/min，印刷效果好，不变色，放墨更均匀。
Compared with ordinary label machines, it has higher registration accuracy, speed up to 100m/min, excellent printing quality, no discoloration and uniform ink output.

3、模切可用平刀和圆刀磁性滚轮模切系统。
Adopt flat blade and round blade magnetic roller die-cutting system for die cutting.

4、前中后冷烫，定位烫，局部烫，可同步完成，且烫金效果好，速度快。
Front, middle and rear cold stamping, positioning stamping and partial stamping can be finished synchronously with premium stamping effect and high speed.

5、可加背面印刷，实现背面同时多色印刷。
Optional back printing device to realize simultaneous multi-color printing on the reverse side.

6、除胶功能，底纸拨离，间隔除胶，局部除胶，同步涂胶及贴合。

Registration adjustment is available whether running or stopping. It adopts high-precision registration and stepless length registration; the lateral registration of each station is adjustable within ±5mm.

13、本机可完成工艺：多层标签、正反面印刷 9 色任意组合、局部除胶、前后中全息定位冷烫、二次自动定位模切、连线覆转印膜及无胶光膜。

RS采用卫星式（CI=Central Impression）结构，所有色组围绕一个大直径中央压印滚筒排列，材料始终紧贴滚筒表面走过各色组。材料张力变化极小，套印稳定性远超机组式，特别适合高端酒标、化妆品标签、防伪标签等高精度产品。

2RS卫星式的幅宽型号RS260/340/460怎么选？

RS系列三种幅宽针对不同市场：①RS260（260mm幅宽）——适合窄幅高端标签，如化妆品标签、医药标签、电子标签，设备占地小、投资相对较低；②RS340（340mm幅宽）——中等幅宽，适合大多数高端酒标、防伪标签，平衡了排版效率和投资；③RS460（460mm幅宽）——宽幅，适合大标贴、组合印刷（多列排版），但设备更长更重。与S5/S6的370/450/550mm相比，RS幅宽略小（因卫星式结构中央压印滚筒直径大，整体幅宽受限），但套印精度更高（±0.08mm）。建议：窄幅精品选RS260，综合高端选RS340，大标组合选RS460。

RS340最大印刷宽度330mm（比RS260大80mm），最小印刷周长193.675mm，重量8500KG，其余参数与RS260基本一致。两者均支持260/340/460幅宽可选。

5RS的伺服间隙圆压模切怎么工作？

RS系列可选配伺服间隙圆压模切系统，是高端标签的印后利器：①间隙圆压——刀模滚筒与底辊之间保持微小间隙（0.02-0.05mm），不是硬压而是"轻触"模切，避免切伤底纸（半切工艺），同时延长刀模寿命；②伺服驱动——刀模滚筒由独立伺服电机驱动，转速与印刷速度精确同步（通过编码器反馈），确保模切位置与印刷图案精确对齐（±0.1mm）；③无需换磁性辊筒——传统模切需更换不同直径的磁性辊筒来适应不同标签周长，伺服间隙圆压通过电子齿轮比调节即可适应不同周长，换单时间从30分钟缩短至5分钟。特别适合多品种、频繁换单的酒标和化妆品标签。

6卫星式柔印机的幅宽型号怎么选：RS260/340/460？

7RS的间隙+全轮转组合模切是什么意思？

RS系列模切系统支持两种模式自由切换：①间隙模切——刀模滚筒转一圈、材料走一段停一下（间歇配合），适合不同长度标签的模切，不需要更换版筒，换单灵活；②全轮转模切——刀模滚筒与材料连续同步转动，适合大批量单一品种，速度更高、切口更干净。组合 meaning 是同一台设备可在这两种模式间切换（通过HMI界面选择），不需要更换硬件。实际生产中：小批量多品种用间隙模式，大批量长单用全轮转模式。一台设备兼顾两种需求，减少设备投资。
