1放卷收卷的张力控制怎么调？

张力控制是印刷质量的核心，前润设备采用闭环张力控制系统：①放卷张力——根据材料厚度和卷材直径实时计算，大卷（直径1000mm）时张力较大，随着材料消耗直径减小，张力自动递减，避免材料拉伸变形；②中间张力——各印刷单元之间的张力由伺服电机精确控制，S5/S6的每个色组独立伺服驱动，张力波动<±2%；③收卷张力——与放卷类似，但需考虑成品卷紧度，过紧会导致底纸变形、过松会松散。调试建议：薄膜材料（PET/OPP）张力比纸张类低20%-30%；薄材料（<50微米）需更低张力。前润HMI界面提供张力曲线可视化，操作工可实时监控和微调。

2RS的放卷收卷直径800mm够用吗？

RS系列的800mm放卷/收卷直径（比S5/S6的1000mm略小）对高端标签生产完全够用：①高端标签通常使用更厚的材料（如特种纸、金属化纸、复合膜），同样直径下材料长度更短，800mm可支持800-1200米材料（按120微米厚度计算），连续生产约8-12分钟（100m/min）；②高端标签单张价值高，换卷频率略高不影响整体效率（换卷时可同步做质量检查）；③可加装不停机接纸系统，旧卷快用完时自动接新卷，实现零停机。如需更长连续生产，可定制1000mm直径放卷（需提前说明）。

3轮转机的放卷收卷直径多大合适？

轮转机标准放卷直径800mm（约2000-3000米），收卷直径同规格。如果订单批量>10000米，建议选择1000mm或1200mm大卷径，减少换卷次数。注意：大卷径需要更强的放卷轴扭矩和更精确的张力控制，设备价格会增加10-15%。

4模切机的收卷系统选型？

收卷系统：1）单轴收卷（简单、便宜，但需停机换卷）；2）双轴自动收卷（不停机换卷，效率高）；3）锥度收卷（收卷张力逐渐减小，防止内层挤压变形）；4）表面收卷（适合薄膜材料，防止拉伸）。建议：大批量生产→双轴自动收卷+锥度控制；小批量多品种→单轴即可。

5分条复卷设备如何与印刷机联线？

6分条复卷机的作用和选型？

7复卷机的张力控制有什么要求？
