7分条复卷机的作用和选型？

分条复卷机将大幅面印刷材料分切成窄幅小卷（成品标签卷）。选型要点：1）分条宽度范围（最窄分切宽度，如30mm）；2）收卷精度（端面平整度±0.5mm）；3）张力控制（锥度张力，防止内层挤压）；4）速度（与印刷线匹配）。建议：选择与印刷线速度匹配的分条机，避免瓶颈。

8分条机与模切机有什么区别？

分条机：将宽幅材料纵向分切成多条窄幅卷材，不切单张。模切机：将印刷好的材料按标签形状模切成单张或单卷。两者通常配合使用：印刷→模切→分条→复卷。

9放卷收卷的张力控制怎么调？
