1晒版机适用于制作什么类型的印版？

晒版机特别适用于制作高网线的感光树脂印刷版，集曝光、洗版、烘干于一体，性能稳定，操作简单。三合一全自动晒版机节省空间和工序流转时间。

2晒版机的最大洗版面积是多少？

晒版机A4型号最大洗版面积400×250mm，A3型号530×420mm，A2型号600×450mm。可自动控制曝光时间、洗版时间、烘干时间及真空度和温度，保证树脂版晒版质量。

3晒版机的曝光时间如何设定？

曝光时间根据版材类型、版材厚度、网线数、光源强度等因素设定。一般高网线版需要更长曝光时间，低网线版曝光时间较短。建议参考版材厂商推荐值并通过测试打样确定最佳曝光时间。

4晒版机如何制作高网线印版？

制作高网线印版要点：①使用高分辨率菲林或数字直接制版；②精确控制曝光时间（过长易损失网点，过短易显影不净）；③控制洗版时间和温度；④确保真空吸附均匀无气泡。

7版材寿命一般多久？怎么延长？

柔版版材（感光树脂版）寿命受多种因素影响：①标准寿命——在正常使用条件下，树脂版可印刷10-50万次（取决于油墨类型、印刷压力和材料硬度），UV油墨因固化彻底对版材磨损较小，水性油墨因含水对版材有一定溶胀；②延长方法——控制印刷压力（避免过大压力导致版材压缩变形）、使用合适黏度的油墨（高黏度增加磨损）、定期清洗版材（防止干墨堆积）、储存时避光防潮（树脂版对UV光敏感）；③制版质量——制版时曝光充分、洗版彻底，版材硬度均匀（标准硬度约60-70邵氏A），可减少印刷中的局部磨损。前润建议每10-20万次印刷检查一次版材状态，出现明显磨损或网点丢失时及时更换。
