1品检系统可以检测哪些缺陷类型？

前润可选配的在线品检系统（CCD视觉检测）可检测以下缺陷：①印刷缺陷——漏印、偏色、脏点、墨杠、套印不准（可检测±0.05mm以上的套印偏差）；②模切缺陷——切偏、切不断、毛边、尺寸超差；③材料缺陷——材料褶皱、划痕、异物夹杂；④可变数据缺陷——二维码/条码可读性检测、序列号连续性检测、OCR文字识别错误。检测速度最高匹配200m/min印刷速度，发现缺陷后自动标记或剔除（通过气动剔除装置）。检测数据可导出为Excel/PDF报告，便于质量追溯。

2品检机的检测精度是多少？

品检机检测精度因机型不同而异，一般可检测0.1mm级别的缺陷（如脏点、墨点）。高端AI视觉品检机可检测更微小的缺陷，并实现自动分类和数据统计。

3品检机有什么功能？

品检机用于检测印刷成品质量，可识别色差、脏点、套印偏差、缺印、模切位置偏差等缺陷。部分高端品检机还支持AI视觉检测，自动分类良品和不良品，数据可记录追溯。

前润可选配的CCD在线品检系统可检测多种缺陷：①印刷缺陷——漏印（缺色）、偏色（与标准色相差ΔE>3）、脏点（直径>0.3mm的异物）、墨杠（宽度>0.5mm的条纹）、套印不准（偏差>±0.05mm）；②模切缺陷——切偏、切不断、毛边；③材料缺陷——褶皱、划痕、孔洞；④可变数据缺陷——二维码/条码不可读、序列号跳号、OCR文字错误。检测精度：最小缺陷0.1mm，检测速度匹配200m/min。发现缺陷后系统可自动标记（喷墨打标）或剔除（气动喷吹），并生成缺陷统计报告。数据可导出为Excel，便于质量追溯和工艺改进。
